EU-Mercosur agreement: can France bring together enough countries opposed to the free trade treaty to obtain a blocking minority?

To succeed in having the text rejected, France must rally at least three other countries, representing with it more than 35% of the population of the European Union. Only Poland has so far declared itself opposed to the treaty.
