"Engineering industries": 300 Egyptian companies participate in the exhibition "Egyptian makers"
More than 300 Egyptian companies participate in the second edition of the “Egypt Makers” exhibition for deepening local manufacturing. Which will be held from February 1 to February 3, 2025 at the exhibition grounds.
Mohamed Al-Muhandis, head of the Engineering Industries Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, said in statements to ASH, today, Thursday, that 250 companies have been registered to participate. Within the exhibition, which is being held in two halls at the exhibition grounds to accommodate the increasing demand from manufacturers to participate in it, he indicated that a third hall is being reserved for 50 companies that recently announced their desire to participate in the exhibition.
He pointed out that the significant increase in the number of exhibitors this year compared to last year reflects the success of the first edition of the exhibition, and it also reflects the fruitful cooperation between the private industrial sector and the government.
< p>He explained that the exhibition is free for all exhibitors and that the Chamber is the one that bears the full cost and provides it as a service to its members, noting that the Deepening Local Manufacturing Exhibition aims to achieve industrial integration between manufacturers and also contributes significantly to reducing imports and saving hard currency.
