Endowments achieve 100% in the government complaints system

The Ministry of Awqaf achieved a remarkable achievement by completing 100% dealing with all complaints received through the unified government complaints system for the year 2024. This comes in implementation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to seriously interact with citizens’ demands and work to solve their problems in a way that enhances confidence in the executive agencies.

The Ministry continued its efforts to listen to citizens by receiving complaints through the government system’s electronic portal and hotline ( 16528), in implementation of the directives of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, on the importance of accelerating the response to complaints within an integrated government system; With direct follow-up from  Dr. Osama Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, who stressed the need to raise the level of services provided to citizens by Ministry employees and others.

Accordingly, the General Administration of Citizen Service strengthened its efforts by activating the Complaints and Services Follow-up Committee to ensure rapid handling of all complaints, The Ministry focused on reducing the response time, especially from people of determination, as a system was allocated for them to ensure that they are dealt with in a period of time not exceeding 12 hours, which reflects the Ministry’s keenness to improve satisfaction rates. Citizens.

The Ministry explained that the total number of complaints received in 2024 amounted to 12,094 complaints, including 7,306 individual complaints and 4,788 collective complaints, which were 100% considered and dealt with, which is practical evidence of the Ministry’s commitment to developing Its services are in line with the sustainable development efforts it implements State.
