Elon Musk’s transgender daughter Vivian Wilson made the shocking claim her father used IVF to conceive all male children.
Vivian, 20, is one of six children the Tesla founder fathered with his first wife Justine Wilson.
The couple had one child named Nevada who died from sudden infant death syndrome, then decided to use in vitro fertilization (IVF) to continue their family.
In 2004, they welcomed twins Griffin and Xavier, but the latter is transgender and now goes by the name Vivian. They also share triplets named Kai, Saxon and Damian with Wilson, who were born in 2006.
Vivian blasted her parents decision to have children via in vitro fertilization (IVF) in a Threads post on Sunday, claiming they paid for her to be born a boy.
‘My assigned sex at birth was a commodity that was bought and paid for. So when I was feminine as a child and then turned out to be transgender, I was going against the product that was sold,’ Vivian said.
‘That expectation of masculinity that I had to rebel against all my life was a monetary transaction. A monetary transaction. A MONETARY TRANSACTION.’
IVF with sex selection is a controversial medical practice and is illegal everywhere aside from the US and Mexico – and the procedure can cost thousands.

Although it is not confirmed if Musk opted for IVF with sex selection, he has a total of 13 children with four women – Wilson, Claire Elise Boucher AKA Grimes, Shivon Zilis and Ashley St Clair – several of whom were conceived through IVF.
One of Musk’s most famous children with Grimes – X Æ A-Xii – was conceived through IVF – and their daughter was born via surrogacy.
Vivian doubled down on her resentment for the procedure in a follow up post saying, ‘How the f**k is this legal.’
Musk is estranged from Vivian and said in a 2024 interview that he is against gender ideology, and claimed he was tricked by doctors into signing documents for his son to be given ‘puberty blockers.’
‘I lost my son, essentially. My son is dead, killed by the woke mind virus,’ he told Jordan Peterson, before adding: ‘So I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that.’
The 21-year-old often takes to social media to air her grievances with the Musk family, specifically her father Elon.
The estranged daughter claimed last month that she found out about her latest alleged half-sibling not through family, but via Reddit.

Vivian took to TikTok to share the surreal experience, highlighting an unsettling pattern and noted this isn’t the first time she has learned about a potential new Musk sibling online.
Using a popular TikTok sound clip from Phineas and Ferb, Wilson captioned her video: ‘Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I found out I had a half-sibling through Reddit, I’d have two nickels… which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice, right?’
The post quickly went viral with more than 400,000 views and drawing thousands of comments from users who related to her experience.
She followed up with a joke suggesting she is in something of a unique position: ‘I don’t know how many siblings I have’ goes really hard on 2 truths and a lie though I will admit.’
Wilson doubled down on her revelation by making a similar post on Threads, where she clarified that she has, in fact, discovered six of her half-siblings through the internet.
