"Education of representatives" Approves the draft law establishing the National Council for Education, Research and Innovation
The Education and Scientific Research Committee of the House of Representatives approved today, Tuesday, the draft law submitted by the government regarding the establishment of the National Council for Education, Research and Innovation.
The committee’s approval came during its meeting today at the headquarters of the House of Representatives, in the presence of Counselor Mahmoud Fawzi Wazir. Parliamentary and legal affairs and political communication.
The meeting witnessed intense discussions and an exchange of opinions on the importance of establishing the Council, and the representatives touched on amending some articles in the draft law to ensure its compatibility with the desired goals. At the end of the meeting, after presenting all opinions, and after amending some articles, the draft law was finally approved by the committee.
The project is an important step towards enhancing education and scientific research in Egypt. And coordinating education policies to serve the labor market and support the Egyptian state’s efforts to build an advanced educational system capable of competing and facing the challenges of the future.
