Well, well, well, what do we have here? Thanks to an eagle-eyed Married At First Sight viewer, it appears that MAFS expert John Aiken may have a cheeky little NSFW item perched on his office shelf. What is that item, you ask? It looks like a ginormous butt plug.
On Monday night’s episode, daddy John sat down with disgraced groom Eliot Donovan to discuss why he yeeted himself from the experiment after just two days. Watching John call out the 35-year-old for his long, unrealistic list of requirements was truly something special to behold. However, my enjoyment only got better after realising that there was a butt-plug-looking thing on the shelf in the background.
The very welcome information was brought to the public’s attention by the MAFS-focused Instagram @mafsfunny. In the caption, the page tagged John asking him to “confirm or deny” what was on the shelf.
If we’re all being honest with ourselves, I think it’s very clear that the fuzzy black figure is not a butt plug. The base is too big and it looks ceramic.
However, what we CAN decree is that there is clearly a sculpture in the shape of a butt plug on John Aiken’s therapy shelf.
Is this to inspire lust? To encourage participants to take a walk down a different path? Or is he subtly calling Eliot a buttplug?
Clearly, it’s just some light-hearted fun. If anything, we should be thanking John for his acceptance of the butt plug.
