Dubai, 6 August / WAM / Dubai South Properties announced today the progress of construction work on the “Pulse Beach” project in the residential area of Dubai South, as the project’s completion rate reached 90 percent.
The company said in a press statement today that the first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year 2024, noting its plans for future projects that include residential units that meet the needs of customers due to the increasing demand for real estate in Dubai South.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, confirmed that the progress of construction works is in line with the planned timelines, highlighting the great interest from investors in Dubai South residential projects over the past years, thanks to the strategic location of the area, the quality of the units, the comprehensive facilities, and the competitive prices.
