Details of the Minister of Health’s speech at the opening of the 61st session of the Council of Arab Health Ministers in Iraq
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population, and Head of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Health Ministers, stressed the importance of coordination to provide the medical and health requirements of the Syrian people at the present time, in addition to continuing to provide all means of support and assistance to the brothers in Palestine, Lebanon and Sudan.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar indicated that the 61st session includes discussing proposed Arab strategies to improve the health of mothers and children, as well as the digital transformation of health services, which is one of the most important elements that contribute to achieving comprehensive health coverage in Arab countries. In addition to what has been achieved regarding the Arab Medicines Agency, as it is considered a great edifice that brings together all Arab experiences and elites in the field of medicine.
During his speech, the Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development, Minister of Health and Population and Head of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Health Ministers affirmed , at depth And the long-standing bilateral relations between the countries of Egypt and Iraq, whose roots extend deep into history, as the two countries witnessed active cultural and commercial interaction between their civilizations.
At the end of his speech, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar thanked the Council of Arab Health Ministers for all the efforts made.
