Desperate search for heavily pregnant teenager who has been missing for six days near Melbourne
A desperate search has been launched for a heavily pregnant 15-year-old girl who went missing in Victoria.
Kira Karvountzis was last seen in Drouin, a town in the West Gippsland region of Victoria about 90km east of Melbourne, on November 5.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she is almost seven months pregnant.

Kira, who is from Footscray, is believed to be headed towards NSW and may be travelling with a man who is known to her.
‘Police are concerned due to her age, the fact that she’s significantly pregnant and the potential for exploitation,’ First Constable Callum Scott said.
She is described as being about 160cm tall, with a medium build and long dark hair.
