Deputy Minister of Health praises the efforts of Menoufia in the population file

Dr. Abla Al -Alfi, Deputy Minister of Health for Population and Family Development and Chairman of the National Population Council, praised the efforts of Menoufia Governorate in managing the population file and reducing birth rates, stressing the importance of continuing these efforts by supporting the implementation of the urgent plan for human development and improving population characteristics in low regions Population indicators inside the governorate.

and emphasized that the plan also focuses on promoting awareness of the importance of human rights between births from three To five years to ensure optimal health care for children during the first thousand days of their lives, and expressed her happiness with the positive interaction by the executive authorities in the governorate, noting that this cooperation resulted in the coverage of primary health care units with gynecologists and obstetrics by 100% for one day per week, with Recommendation to increase this coverage to two days a week.
