Dem mob tries to cancel Nicole Scherzinger for pro-Trump views

Nicole Scherzinger has landed in hot water with liberals over her Trump-friendly views online.

The former Pussycat Dolls member was seen commenting enthusiastically on a post from UK comedian Russell Brand showing off his MAGA-inspired hat which bore the words ‘Make Jesus First Again’.

Scherzinger, who recently made her Broadway debut, responded by asking Brand, ‘Where do I get this hat?”

The response sparked a backlash which only escalated after one eagle-eyed fan spotted that the star had also liked a post from Robert F. Kennedy Jr. which referenced getting Donald Trump back in the White House.

RFK Jr’s post said: ‘Yes @russellbrand @tuckercarlson I will restore speech, end the forever wars, and protect children’s health once we get @realdonaldtrump back in the White House.’

‘Honestly f**k off Nicole Scherzinger,’ GLAAD Senior Director of Communications Tony Morrison fumed in response to her request for the MAGA-style hat.

‘This isn’t not about your faith or belief system — this is about your system of support for rapists as you stand beside Broadway’s brightest and some of the most marginalized as you support a system of weaponized “faith.”’

Morrison also moaned that Scherzinger’s apparent support for Trump had ruined his 36th birthday, writing: ‘It’s my birthday f**k allll the way off I can’t.’

It is unclear what ‘rapists’ Morrison was referring to. Trump was found liable for sexually-abusing writer E. Jean Carroll in a civil trial, but has never faced any related criminal charges.

Brand was accused of raping and sexually assaulting multiple women last year, but denied the allegations. British police are looking into the claims but no charges have been brought.

‘Truly devastating to lose such a baddie to the grab her by the pussycat dolls monster,’ another person wrote on X, referencing Trump’s infamous remarks about grabbing women by the genitals which surfaced during his 2016 run.

‘Had no idea about Nicole Scherzinger. Glad I saw this. Dead to me. Hope she takes her little self elsewhere,’ another added.

Scherzinger, 46, has not openly disclosed her voting preferences. On Election Day she shared a video of her strutting down a corridor captioned: ‘Me on my way to make the right decision today’ and ‘civic duties’.

She also liked another video from Brand, who has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women, in which he defended Trump.

Many Dems have read her online activity as tacit support for the president-elect and even speculated that her views could jeopardize her chances come award season.

The singer is currently starring on Broadway as Norma in Sunset Boulevard and has received rave reviews for her performance, sparking Tony speculation.

‘The only Tony she’ll be winning is the Tony Hinchcliff Award,’ one person joked on X, referring to the comedian who sparked outrage by calling the island of Puerto Rico ‘garbage’ at a pre-election Trump rally.

While Scherzinger has not endorsed any candidate, she has been open about her anti-abortion stance and her rejection of the term ‘feminist’.

‘I’m just for women. I’m also for the human race in general,’ she said when pressed on her views.

However, she has made several comments championing women and claimed that her former band’s risqué music videos were ’empowering’.

When asked if the Pussycat Dolls encouraged young girls to dress up like strippers, she replied: ‘The Pussycat Dolls got put under a lot of scrutiny but we were a group of women, not young girls, and we were empowered.

‘Our motto was “keep it sassy but classy.” Our videos weren’t raunchy in any way. The girls were professional dancers and the best at what they did.

‘I hope that isn’t the main message that came out of us. We were about female empowerment and owning who you are and having strength and confidence in that.’

However, unlike many Republicans, Scherzinger is passionate about tackling climate change.

And in 2008, she publicly endorsed Barack Obama’s campaign by featuring on will.i.am’s Yes We Can – a promotional single for the Democrat candidate.
