Defence Minister Rajnath Singh launched SANJAY, an advanced Battlefield Surveillance System, to enhance battlefield transparency through a centralized web application. Indigenously developed with Bharat Electronics Limited, the system integrates various sensors and analytics, providing accurate intelligence for the Indian Army. Deployment begins in 2025, with a budget of Rs 2,402 crore.
