D. Abdel Moneim Fouad: With a call "God is great" The Egyptians defeated the army that they said was invincible
Dr. Abdel Moneim Fouad, supervisor of scientific activities at the Al-Azhari Corridor, said that these days come to remind us, after more than fifty years, of a day of God; A day of victory, pride and dignity for the Egyptians, who proved that the believer in every time and place, if he clings to the promise of God, and if he clings to the fear of God, and if he seeks help from God, then God will help him wherever he is, and this day is the sixth of October, the tenth of Ramadan, which we celebrate from He postponed the celebration today.
His Eminence stressed, during his speech at Al-Azhar Mosque’s celebration today of the glorious October victory, that those whom we see now moving their planes to strike Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon, think that they have power on the ground, and that there is no army greater than them; On days like these in the year 1973 AD, we saw the Egyptian soldier write to history that whoever clings to God’s presence, seeks God’s help, and raises the call of “God is Great,” no one can defeat him, at any time or any moment.
He added that this group, which tried to pretend to the world that they were invincible, and that their army was the invincible army, were defeated by the cry of “God is great,” and by the cry of “God is great!” They were defeated, and with the cry of “God is great!” History recorded the scandals of the defeat of this army, which they claimed was invincible, and here we remember God’s words to the believers: {When you ask for help from your Lord, and He responds to you, I will provide you with thousands of angels in succession}, and God did not make it anything other than that Good news, good news from the Almighty God, is always with the believer when he calls «God is Great» And he seeks help from God.
Dr. Abdel Moneim Fouad continued that when we say “God is great,” the religion of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, is stronger than everything, and the books still bear witness to that. He added: Fifty years ago, we saw the seas standing in line with the soldiers, and the Egyptian soldier crossing the water as if he were crossing a bridge of land. We saw the mountains being demolished, and the water helping to demolish the great earthen berm. The earth connected to the sky, and the sky connected to the earth, because of the call for help to “God is Great.” ;, {When you sought help from your Lord}, then God responded to them with a host of angels, strengthening the believers at every moment and at every time. {When your Lord revealed to the angels, “Indeed, I am with you, so strengthen those who believe in you.”
The supervisor of scientific activities at Al-Azhar Mosque explained that the lesson here in providing angels is to raise morale, preach good news, and reassure them. Therefore, the weapon of moral guidance must always be present, and this weapon was not only established in 1973 AD, but was established since the time of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, when they sought help from God and He provided them with angels to strengthen those who believed.
At the conclusion of his speech, the doctor emphasized Abdel Moneim Fouad said that Egypt will remain safe, not only because of this war, but at all times, because when you look at the Holy Qur’an, you will not find complete security except for two countries: Mecca and Egypt. God Almighty said: {You will enter the Sacred Mosque, God willing, secure.} And He also said: {Enter Egypt, God willing, secure}. We are assured that dear Egypt will remain safe, God willing, with the blessing of God Almighty, and with the blessing of the prayers and commandments of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and with its honorable Al-Azhar, which participated on the sixth of October with its Grand Imam and venerable scholars.
The Al-Azhar Mosque was held on Monday evening. Following the Maghrib prayer, a celebration was sponsored by His Eminence the Grand Imam Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, entitled “Factors of Victory”, to celebrate the anniversary of the glorious October victories, with the participation of His Eminence Dr. Abbas Shoman, Secretary General of the Council of Senior Scholars, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Organization for Graduates.
