Conor McGregor and Miami Heat sued over claims he tried to rape woman in VIP bathroom as security stood watch

Conor McGregor and the Miami Heat are facing a federal lawsuit over claims the UFC legend sexually assaulted a woman in a bathroom at the Kaseya Center while security stood guard outside the stall.

The alleged incident is said to have taken place immediately after Game 4 of the NBA Finals in June of 2023. According to the plaintiff, identified as ‘Jane Doe,’ McGregor led the woman into a VIP men’s bathroom, but arena security prevented her friend from entering the stall.

After Jane Doe used the bathroom, an allegedly intoxicated McGregor ‘attempted to forcefully place his unprotected penis’ into the woman’s mouth ‘without her consent.’ She attempted to leave the stall, but was slammed ‘against the wall face first,’ according to the filing. McGregor is also accused of putting her ‘in an arm lock’ and attempting to anally rape the woman.

The allegations, which were previously made public, did not result in another arrest for the troubled 36-year-old McGregor as Miami police decided against pursuing charges.

McGregor was recently ordered by an Irish court to pay $257,000 to another woman who sued him over claims he ‘brutally raped and battered’ her in a Dublin hotel penthouse in 2018.

He has maintained his innocence in both cases. DailyMail.com has reached out to McGregor’s attorneys and the Miami Heat for comment.
