Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the results of the sorting in the first round of student union elections, which resulted in a decision in 24 colleges. The run-off round will be held today in 3 colleges, which are law, human medicine, and early childhood. Then elections for committee secretaries and their assistants will be held at the college level tomorrow, Tuesday. The elections for the president and vice president of the union will be held at the college level the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, with the student elections concluding with the election of committee secretaries and their assistants and the president and vice president of the university students union on Thursday. November 28, according to the timetable of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The university president stressed the need to provide the appropriate atmosphere for all students to cast their votes in these elections to choose who will represent them on the student union councils in each college, and to take all measures to ensure the conduct of the electoral process in complete transparency and impartiality, and to adhere to the dates of the student union elections according to the announced schedule approved by the Minister of Higher Education.
