Chrishell Stause has dropped some absolute gems about her love life recently, and let me tell you, it’s the queer joy we deserve to see in the world.
While promoting Stan’s Love Triangle reunion special, Chrishell got real about her marriage to Aussie musician G Flip, her thoughts on queer dating, and the time she almost starred on a dating show herself.
But first, let’s talk about sex, baby. Chrishell didn’t hold back when chatting about her relationship with G Flip who became her spouse in a surprise Vegas wedding back in May 2023.
The Selling Sunset star has been living her best life with her soulmate and even took to Instagram during Pride last year to drop this spicy little nugget: “Statistically queer couples have better sex.”
And if you’re wondering what makes it so good, Chrishell explained to Daily Mail Australia: “It’s not about this performative type of thing — it’s really, truly listening to each other.”
She added, “I’m not saying that can’t be the case in a straight relationship, but it just never was in mine.” Ouch for her exes, but also… points were made.
Now happily loved-up with G Flip (and clearly thriving), Chrishell shared how letting go of her checklist for the “perfect partner” led her to find The One.
“I am all for falling in love with the person,” she said.
“‘I am all for falling in love with the person and I don’t think it really matters how tall someone is, what colour hair someone has, personally I don’t care what gender someone is,” she said.
“I just feel like the perfect person should speak from a point of, if you went by exactly what you think you want, you might miss the best catch that there ever was for you.”

But before she got to living her best queer love story, Chrishell dished that she might have almost become a reality dating show star herself. Yep, she spilled that she’d been approached to do The Bachelorette “way back in the day” and even signed up for another unnamed dating show just before meeting G Flip.
“Obviously I cancelled that whole idea,” she said with zero hesitation.
Now Chrishell is thriving as the host of Love Triangle, Stan’s chaotic dating show where singletons are thrown into unexpected throuples. This season even features a queer couple — a move Chrishell is fully here for. “I love that! I don’t think we have to segregate anymore where we have to say ‘this is a queer dating show,’” she said.
“This is what the real world looks like, so let’s embrace it.” Periodt!
