The National Council for Childhood and Motherhood and the Ministry of Culture, represented by the National Center for Child Culture, launched a children’s innovation and design competition under the slogan “Egypt in the Eyes of Its Children,” to explore children’s vision of their country, their rights, and how they express their love for Egypt. This comes within the framework of the Presidential Initiative for Human Development  ; “A new beginning for human building,” which is concerned with improving the societal, cultural and creative aspects and investing in human capital, especially children. And motherhood: This competition was launched to design and invent a new logo for the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood and to design a cartoon character for “a boy and a girl.” They represent the protection and assistance of the child represented by the child helpline 16000.

The deadline for applying for the competition is October 6, 2024 Until November 6, 2024
The prizes will be awarded at the Children’s Day celebration during the month of November 2024.

The first field: innovation and design

Second area: Writing an article Directed to adults and decision makers about what you want to be achieved in the future for children
The third area: Drawing a picture about what you want to be achieved in the future for children, and submitted works will not be returned whether they win or not. You did not win.

The second field: the essay
The contestant cannot participate in more than one essay
– More than one child is not entitled to participate in writing the essay.
– The number of pages of the article should not exceed 3 pages.

The third field: drawing
– The contestant has the right to participate in two works at most.– The size of the painting is not less than 50× 35 cm
– Any type of color can be used except pencil

The competition is judged by an elite group of specialized professors from the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood and the National Center for Child Culture.
