Arab Defense Website November 14, 2024: Chengdu Aerospace Industries Corporation, China’s leading fighter aircraft manufacturer, displayed the J-10CE, an export version of the J-10C fighter, at the 2024 China International Airshow in Zhuhai.
Chengdu is increasingly offering its advanced multi-role fighter aircraft to the global market.
Pakistan is the only country outside China to use the J-10CE so far, due to its close alliance with China. Other countries, such as Argentina and Iran, have shown interest in it, but sales deals have been halted for several reasons, including international sanctions, political considerations, and logistical challenges related to purchases and maintenance, which led to the deal being cancelled.
