CBS releases unedited version of Kamala Harris 60 Minutes interview that Trump says was rigged in her favor

CBS has released the unedited version of their interview with Kamala Harris after Donald Trump claimed it had been rigged.
The Federal Communications Commission released the interview on Wednesday after Trump sued CBS News in October in a Texas federal court, claiming the network purposely edited the interview to put him at a disadvantage in the November 6th presidential election.
The unedited clip opens with the former VP sneezing as she explains she is ‘allergic to mold.’
The full version of the interview shows that while Harris gave a lengthy answer when asked about Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, CBS only aired about seven seconds on 60 Minutes.
The 47th president had taken particular offense to lengthy Harris’ response to a question regarding the Israel-Hamas conflict in the Middle East.

A complaint, filed by the Center for American Rights in mid-October accusing 60 Minutes of selectively editing the interview, was initially dismissed on January 16, four days before Trump’s second inauguration.
However, Trump’s newly appointed FCC Chairman, Brendan Carr, reopened the case immediately after taking up the position.
‘As the full transcript shows, we edited the interview to ensure that as much of the vice president’s answers to 60 Minutes’ many questions were included in our original broadcast while fairly representing those answers,’ CBS said in a statement.
