Individuals are encouraged to use social media in a balanced way to take advantage of its positives without being damaged. During this campaign, individuals are called for a more balanced and vibrant life experience, as they can enjoy real moments without wasting time to follow the news and ongoing updates. This is a step towards improving the quality of life and promoting mental and social health.
