Bronny James showed his romantic side by revealing his grand romantic gesture to his girlfriend, Parker Whitfield, on Valentine’s Day.
The Los Angeles Lakers rookie posted a photo on his Instagram story showing a beautifully decorated room with romantic details.
Red rose petals were spread across the floor while red foil balloons towered around the bed. More petals spelled ‘I [heart] U,’ on the sheets.
James Jr. tagged Whitfield’s Instagram handle with a red heart emoji on top of the picture.
Whitfield also posted a mirror selfie with the former USC star writing ‘my valentine,’ which Bronny reposted on his page.
James’ relationship with Whitfield first sparked dating rumors in August when the pair were seen together at the Team USA games during the summer Olympics in Paris.

According to PEOPLE, Parker’s mother, Salli Richardson-Whitfield, is an accomplished actress and director known for her work in films such as ‘A Low Down Dirty Shame’ and ‘I Am Legend.’
On the other hand, her father, Dondré T. Whitfield, is a three-time Emmy-nominated actor with an extensive career in television and film.
James was selected by the Lakers with the 55th pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, making him and LeBron the first father-and-son tandem in the league.
While his NBA career has not had the greatest start, James has spent time in the G-League with the South Bay Lakers to hone his skills.
Bronny averages 1.4 points, 0.4 rebounds, and 0.5 assists for the Lakers. The team sits fifth in the Western Conference ahead of the All-Star break with a 32-20 record.
