He rose to work in the departments of the State Council as a member of the Board of State Commissioners, then the Fatwa Department for the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, then He was a member of the Administrative Judiciary Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, then President of the Disciplinary Court for the senior administration level, then President of the Fourth Circuit of the Supreme Administrative Court – the Appeals Examination Department.
