Azhar Al-Qalyubia receives requests for teaching in the class system.. Required papers and dates

The Al-Azhar Central Administration in Qalyubia will begin receiving teaching jobs on the quota system today, Saturday, and the locations for receiving applications have been determined by departments on days of the week to facilitate work and prevent crowding.

Sheikh Saeed Ahmed Khadr, head of the Al-Azhar Central Administration in Qalyubia, revealed that progress began today at the headquarters of the Banha Preparatory Secondary Institute for Boys, next to the district headquarters in Banha, and applications are being made for all departments, so that the receipt of applicants’ files from all departments will be completed in the first week, starting from Tomorrow, Sunday until next Thursday, as follows:
Sunday: Benha and Kafr Shukr administrations.
And Monday: Qanater and Qalyoub.
And Tuesday: Toukh Administration.
Wednesday: Shibin al-Qanater.
And Thursday: Khanka.

The head of the central administration of Al-Azhar in Qalyubia explained that in the second week, applications will be available at the application headquarters for all departments throughout the week, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on the days of receiving papers, with the application deadline ending on December 5 of this month.

Khadr confirmed that the documents required for application are the original academic qualification and 4 copies of it, a personal photo to put on the application for admission, 4 copies of the national ID card, the application form found in the advertisement, the position on conscription for males and public service for females, and 2 copies of the birth certificate. And sign the acknowledgment attached to the announcement in front of the delivery window.

He continued that the papers required in the announcement issued are placed in two folders, one paper and the other plastic, and commitment is made to deliver the files on the dates stipulated in the announcement according to the announced schedule, indicating that any application submitted after the end of the announcement period mentioned in the circular or from someone other than the candidate himself will not be considered.
