“Awareness” welcomes the approval of the new labor law … and confirms: a necessary step to support the stability of the labor market
The Awareness Party welcomed the Parliament’s approval of the new work law, stressing that its issuance at this time is a necessary step to support the stability of the Egyptian labor market, improve the investment climate, and increase operating rates, in a way that contributes to achieving the desired economic and social development. To reach a more balanced and flexible legal formula, as the Awareness Party confirms that the next stage is no less important than the legislation stage, but rather is more sensitive and influential, as the success of the law depends on the quality of implementation and its consistency with the spirit of the principles of social justice, and the international work standards that the Egyptian state adheres to, and with Egypt’s vision 2030, especially since the ability of the new law to protect workers from the arbitrary separation, and from the exploitation of employment employment companies to circumvent their rights, are still in doubt, as well as the case.
