Awareness seminars and delivery of projects to the people of the Decent Life villages in Beni Suef as part of the Bedaya initiative

The local unit of the center and city of Biba, south of Beni Suef Governorate, continued its efforts to support and implement the activities of the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Human Building,” which aims to improve the lives of citizens through human development and comprehensive development. The efforts included joint cooperation between various executive and service agencies.

The Social Solidarity Directorate in Beni Suef Governorate organized awareness seminars in the villages of Al-Baranga, Al-Dabaana, and Nazlet Al-Mashreqa on issues such as early marriage and combating female genital mutilation, in the presence of women of childbearing age, in addition to distributing meat to the eligible and delivering projects to support rural families. The Takaful and Dignity visa was also issued and the grievances of those entitled to it were facilitated.

For its part, the Health Directorate organized medical convoys to examine chronic diseases and kidney disease, while the Al-Azhar region contributed to holding educational seminars on health and the mind from a religious perspective. The Supply Directorate also provided food commodities at reduced prices, in addition to gas cylinders to ease the burden on citizens, while the sports activities implemented by the Youth and Sports Directorate included various competitions and activities to enhance community participation. In the field of livestock, the Veterinary Medicine Directorate vaccinated livestock and organized guidance seminars for breeders.
