Australian women have been raving about a ‘beautiful’ anti-ageing skincare serum that transforms their skin, with many swearing they ‘won’t use anything else.’
Beauty fans have been loving the results of the Aesthetics Rx Total Repair DNA Serum and now a skin industry insider says the product stands out because it includes an innovative ingredient.
The Total Repair DNA Serum includes retinal, a retinoid which is a Vitamin A derivative known for its anti-ageing properties.
The serum also incorporates innovative technology with a lesser-known ingredient: Epidermal Growth Factors (EGFs).
Aesthetics Rx brand director and product development specialist Nicola Kropach explained how EGFs are ‘a must-have in an anti-ageing skincare regime.’
‘Growth factors are a family of large proteins that are found naturally in the body. They work as cellular messengers, triggering repairing, replicating, and cell rejuvenating functions,’ Kropach told Daily Mail Australia.
‘Natural skin ageing is linked to the decline of naturally occurring growth factors in the skin over time. EGFs in skincare may be useful for anyone concerned with visibly maintaining skin quality as they age.’
As well as containing retinoid and synthesised EGFs, the Total Repair DNA Serum also includes Hexapeptide, high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, micro algae and sea buckthorn.
Dermal therapist and influencer Joanna Fleming revealed that she recommends the Total Repair DNA Serum to anyone with ageing concerns.
The skin expert said she advises clients to simplify their skincare by incorporating the potent serum into their routine.
‘I absolutely love recommending it to anyone with ageing concerns, that’s also looking for a bit of hydration, that wants a bit of Vitamin A,’ she said in an Instagram reel.
The beauty expert also shared before and after pictures of a client who used the product for six months and the results were clearly visible with a much improved complexion.
Showing an image of impressive before and after results of her client Joanna said: ‘Look at that glow.’
The woman was preparing for her wedding and had used other brightening ingredients, undergone a couple of professional treatments and used the Total DNA Serum for six month. Joanna noted that the results of her skin transformation was ‘a really good outcome.’
Joanna said that the Total Repair DNA Serum ‘just ticks so many boxes’ adding, ‘it really allows me when I’m prescribing a routine to a client to cut down a lot of their other products and ultimately save them money.’

The product has been racking up rave reviews from happy customers who have seen improvements to their complexion after using the Aesthetics RX serum.
One shopper said: ‘The Total Repair DNA Serum is something I will never go without now. I have ventured out to try products from other brands but they make me break out and I always come back to the Total Repair DNA Serum which fixes my skin instantly. After years of trying to find the right product I have finally found my perfect match. I’ve never seen a product that works as fast and effectively.’
Another happy customer said: ‘ Just a beautiful serum. Leaves your skin glowing. Just love it.’
A third who saw instant results shared: ‘Beautiful product, goes on nicely and you wake up the next morning with glowing skin. I have only been using it for about two weeks but could definitely see the difference after the first use. I use this followed by the night cream. Highly recommend.’
After researching EGFs, Aesthetics Rx formulated synthesised growth factors produced in a lab to be used in the Total Repair DNA Serum.
Kropach has shared that the serum is the latest evolution in the brand’s anti-ageing offering.
‘Our existing A serums contain Retinol, with the 1 per cent version being the highest over the counter option. I wanted something a little more potent, but without needing a prescription. We used retinal in this newer serum,’ Kropach explained.
In vivo studies using the same material saw impressive results.
Study subjects reported that the appearance of wrinkles were reduced on the crows feet by 16 per cent in just four weeks and 47 per cent in four weeks below the eyes.*
Skin elasticity improvement of 47 per cent and skin hydration improved by 64 per cent.*
Aesthetics Rx insists that biotech ingredients are used in their formulations. This is one of the key things about Aesthetics Rx that differentiates them to any other Australian made skincare brand.
