Assiut Governorate implements the immediate removal of two cases of building violations in the Sharq neighborhood
Major General Dr. Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor of Assiut, confirmed the continuation of the implementation of removing any attempts to initiate illegal construction in all villages and centers of the governorate in coordination with the concerned authorities such as (heads of village units and officials of the departments of occupancy and services, land protection, agricultural associations, state property, environment, irrigation, and protection of the Nile) in implementation of the state’s directives. Under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to preserve the agricultural area, and the assignments of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister, and the follow-up of Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development. Pointing to the deployment of monitoring groups from field follow-up and officials of the spatial variables system in villages and centers, pointing to taking the necessary legal measures and issuing urgent reports for violators without failure or complacency to deter anyone who tempts himself to violate the law and the decisions issued in this regard.
The Governor of Assiut explained that the local unit of the eastern neighborhoods of the city of Assiut, led by Ahmed Thabet, the head of the district, carried out an immediate removal by removing a wooden beam from the roof of the upper sixth floor on Al-Namees Street. The removal of iron doors was also carried out for the purpose of converting a residential unit into a commercial one on Tawfiq Dos Street, and the violating works were confiscated during a campaign under Assem’s supervision.
