Appointment of Dr. Ahmed El-Shenawy as Secretary of Housing and Utilities in the Mostaqbal Watan Party in Giza Governorate
The Mostaqbal Watan Party appointed the new organizational formation of the Giza Governorate Office, after reviewing Law No. “40” of the year 1977 regarding political parties and its amendments, and the statute and internal regulations of the Mostaqbal Watan Party.
The central secretariat of the Mostaqbal Watan Party, headed by Counselor Abdul Razzaq Abdul Wahab, head of the party, announced the appointment Dr. Ahmed Hussein El-Shenawy, Secretary of Housing and Utilities in the Giza Governorate Secretariat, effective October 8th. Party Chairman and Representative Ahmed Abdel Gawad, Secretary-General and Vice-President of the Party, upon this appointment. He also expressed his great happiness, saying, “The party’s confidence in appointing me as Secretary of Housing and Utilities in Giza Governorate is a great responsibility. I ask God for help in serving the nation for all of us.” He also confirmed that the party possesses the intellectual capabilities, experiences, and various human capabilities needed that Egypt needs in party and service work for the benefit of the country and citizens.
El-Shenawy said after he was chosen as Secretary of Housing and Utilities in Giza Governorate. The housing sector plays a vital role in achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030, and that focusing on balanced and comprehensive development requires the combined efforts of all sectors.
El-Shenawy pointed out that the current period is witnessing an urban renaissance. The coming period also witnesses more major transformations in infrastructure and urban development projects, in line with the growing needs of Egyptian society.
He added that these projects contribute significantly to Improving the quality of life for citizens and creating a more sustainable living environment, as well as constituting one of the main drivers of economic growth.
Al-Shenawy called for the importance of developing long-term plans based on scientific and practical foundations. And environmental, pointing out the need for all parties to come together to achieve the desired goals. He stressed the importance of supporting young national talents, and encouraging them to innovate in this field, to ensure continuity of development and achieve the desired progress.
El-Shenawy said: “We are in a pivotal stage that requires work on Achieving sustainable urban development that meets the needs of the present and the future. Therefore, we focus on smart solutions in the design and implementation of housing and infrastructure projects, including the use of renewable energy technologies and improving the management of natural resources."
El-Shenawy added that the Nation’s Future Party seeks Always support the government’s plans to provide adequate housing for citizens, by presenting initiatives that enhance community participation and encourage investment in the real estate sector. He stressed that the combined efforts between the government and the private sector contribute to accelerating the pace of urban development, noting that the partnership between the two sectors is the basic guarantee for achieving the major goals of sustainable development.
