A colossal overpayment of 2.6 billion Swiss francs, the equivalent of 2.8 billion euros. A sum which will be redistributed to residents. “It’s a nice surprise, normally it’s always up to us to pay”is surprised by a mother, who is delighted with this initiative.

Only taxable residents will be affected, they will receive on average 2,500 Swiss francs per year. The amount will be calculated based on the amount of taxes they have already paid.
