Al-Azhar Mosque allows children of Egyptians abroad to enroll in remote Quran memorization programs
Al-Azhar Al-Sharif launched an initiative to memorize the Holy Qur’an for Egyptian children abroad, by providing them with the opportunity to join the Holy Qur’an gallery at Al-Azhar Mosque through the distance learning system.
This initiative comes within the framework of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s keenness to Providing programs for children of Egyptians abroad to facilitate ways for them to connect their children with the Book of God Almighty, in an easy way and at the hands of specialists. The first batch of this initiative will begin next January. With a capacity of 5,000 students, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Rahman al-Duwaini, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar al-Sharif.

Dr. Hani Odeh, Director of Al-Azhar Mosque, also explained that the application To join the programs of the Holy Qur’an Rawaq for Egyptians abroad, it will start from today, Monday, for a period of 15 days, provided that applicants meet the following conditions: First: He must be proficient in the Arabic language, which facilitates the process of learning and interacting with… The Book of God Almighty. Second: The applicant for the Holy Quran Rawaq programs for Egyptians abroad is required to be residing outside Egypt. Third: He must pay the prescribed fees for opening files for enrollment in Rawaq, after passing the placement test. Fourth: The applicant must not be less than 5 years old. To register in the children’s gallery, the applicant must be at least 13 years old to register in the adult gallery.
