Former Al-Ahly star Ahmed Bilal gave his advice to Wessam Abu Ali, Al-Ahly striker and league top scorer, who moved to Al-Ahly during the winter transfer period; indicating that Wessam has good capabilities that qualify him to lead Al-Ahly’s attack.
Ahmed Bilal said in statements to the Box to Box program presented by the media figure Mohamed Shabana on etc. channel: "Wessam Abu Ali is a striker who is distinguished by his sound anticipation, he can score in every match, this is a great thing, although on the other hand he wastes opportunities in matches; But as long as he scores, there is no crisis.”
Bilal continued: “The pressure will be greater on Wissam Abu Ali next season, and the monitoring of him will be greater during the matches, and I advise him to adapt to these circumstances, because the Al-Ahly striker must bear all the pressure.”
Bilal gave the example of Mohamed Sherif, the former Al-Ahly striker, who scored more than 20 goals in one season, but did not succeed in adapting to the pressures that were placed on him in the following season, and did not continue at the same scoring rates, and eventually left.
Ahmed Bilal praised what the Swiss Kohler is offering with Al-Ahly, saying that Kohler is achieving successive victories in more difficult circumstances than those experienced by Manuel Jose, as Kohler plays many stressful matches, while during Jose’s period there was time to rest between one match and another.
Bilal believes that Taher Mohamed Taher’s level in recent matches will lead him to continue with the team next season, after a period in which his level declined. He also believes that Percy Tau will not continue with Al-Ahly, and the evidence is Kohler Reda Selim’s experience in his position during the matches against Ceramica and Al-Bank Al-Ahly.
