Agreement between "Ajman Finance" And"Ajman Speciality General Hospital" To enhance the government supply system
Ajman, August 2 (WAM) – The Department of Finance in Ajman has signed a new service agreement with Ajman Speciality General Hospital, which will enable the hospital to benefit from the services of the Ajman Government’s “Tawreed” platform.
The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation relations and build partnerships with government and independent departments and institutions in order to expand participation in the Ajman Government’s “Tawred” platform, leading to the achievement of a comprehensive and integrated supply system, which will positively reflect on enhancing the emirate’s competitiveness.
Under the agreement, all suppliers and customers of Ajman Speciality General Hospital will be able to view the tenders offered by the hospital, submit their bids and follow up on them in the least possible time and effort, providing them with a flexible and integrated experience that keeps pace with the times to complete all stages of the supply process electronically.
His Excellency Marwan Al Ali, Director General of the Department of Finance in Ajman, welcomed the joining of Ajman Specialized General Hospital to the platform, stressing that this step will diversify the hospital’s supplier base and raise the quality of services and products related to its purchases according to the best standards of transparency, and at competitive prices, which enhances the efficiency of government spending in the emirate.
He stressed the department’s commitment to supporting strategic cooperation between government agencies and the private sector in line with Ajman Vision 2030, noting the platform’s role in contributing to the growth of the national economy and achieving Ajman’s aspirations to enhance the emirate’s attractiveness and overall quality of life.
For his part, His Excellency Fadi Shehadeh, Director General of Ajman Speciality General Hospital, expressed his pride in signing the memorandum, explaining that it comes within the framework of the hospital’s ongoing efforts to enhance partnership with government and private entities, and support digital transformation in all its operations.
He stressed that adopting the “Tawreed” platform contributes significantly to accelerating supply processes and raising their level of transparency, which positively reflects on the quality of services and is in line with a vision of excellence and sustainability in providing healthcare.
He added: “Using the ‘Tawreed’ platform also enhances the efficiency of hospital operations, and provides new opportunities for suppliers, which supports the investment work environment in the Emirate of Ajman, and contributes to achieving comprehensive and sustainable development.”
It is noteworthy that the department launched the “Tawreed” platform in 2022 to be a reliable and secure link between suppliers and government departments in Ajman, and allows them to complete all stages of the supply process digitally, starting with viewing and participating in all public tenders, through receiving purchase orders, and ending with delivery and raising invoices.
