Administrative Control signs a memorandum of understanding with the Vietnamese Government Inspectorate in the field of exchanging expertise and training
As part of the efforts of the Administrative Oversight Authority to advance international cooperation with corresponding agencies working in the field of preventing and combating corruption and disseminating the values of integrity and transparency, Counselor Tamer Ferjani, Vice President of the Administrative Oversight Authority, signed a memorandum of understanding with Duong Quoc Huy, Deputy Head of the Vietnamese Government Inspectorate during The Authority’s delegation visited the State of Vietnam, where the memorandum included exchanging experiences and training in the fields of preventing, combating and preventing corruption, as well as studying the best ways to benefit from the Egyptian and Vietnamese experiences in issues of common interest.
During the visit, the efforts of the Administrative Oversight Authority in the areas of preventing and combating corruption were reviewed to ensure the implementation of the objectives of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, as well as the role of the National Anti-Corruption Academy, the training and cognitive arm of the Authority, in qualifying local and international cadres working in the relevant fields through its specialized training programs. And the academic degrees awarded by the Academy. For its part, the Vietnamese side reviewed the tasks and competencies of the Vietnamese Government Inspectorate, as well as some regulations related to monitoring assets and income and ways to enhance the effectiveness of their implementation.
