"Administrative Capital" Signing a memorandum of understanding with Madagascar to cooperate in building their new administrative capital

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company signed a memorandum of understanding with the New Cities and Housing Authority of the Republic of Madagascar, with the aim of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two sides in building the new administrative capital “Tanamasandro”. Or any urban extension in Madagascar by benefiting from the experience of planning, designing, building, financing and managing the administrative capital in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Engineer Khaled Mahmoud Ahmed Abbas in his capacity Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, and Gerard Andre Amanihsua in his capacity as Secretary of State responsible for the New Cities and Housing Authority in Madagascar.

Engineer Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Member, revealed The Managing Director of the Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development said that cooperation between the two sides contributes greatly to strengthening the bonds of cooperation between the two countries, on the basis of respect and mutual benefit, through the Government of Madagascar benefiting from the experience of planning, designing, building, financing and managing the Administrative Capital in the Arab Republic of Egypt.< /p>

Abbas explained that the cooperation will be through developing infrastructure, branding, marketing, and promoting the new city as an attractive investment destination, in addition to developing strategies to create job opportunities, and social strategies for the relocation of local communities, And future residents through the exchange of information, sharing experiences, and technologies, with a particular focus on how to finance major matters, facilitate the exchange of experts in relevant fields, and facilitate partnerships among private companies between the two countries.

For his part.. Gerard André Amanihsua, Secretary of State responsible for new cities and housing in the Republic of Madagascar, praised the various projects he saw in the New Administrative Capital, while providing the latest technologies in the city, adhering to the elements of sustainability, and providing amenities for residents. In order to achieve the required quality of life, he expressed his admiration for the project management model through a company managed under the investment law, with the state not bearing any costs in exchange for establishing an integrated city… stressing that it is a model that should be emulated.
