Accreditation of the Center for Digital Training and Technical Development in State Issues by the Supreme Council of Universities
Counsel Ahmed Thabet Ibrahim – Secretary-General for State Issues and Executive Director of the Authority’s Digital Training and Technical Development Center, Dr. signed Mustafa Refaat – Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center of the Supreme Council of Universities, a technical cooperation protocol regarding the accreditation of the Digital Training and Technical Development Center as an accredited training and testing center with the Supreme Council of Universities, which has the authority to grant accredited certificates in the basics of digital transformation (FDTC) to members of a legal authority. The state, judicial bodies, and the non-university community, in addition to holding training-of-trainers courses by the Supreme Council of Universities (TOT), under which the Supreme Council of Universities undertakes to train candidates from the Authority and qualify them to be certified trainers to train the rest of the Authority’s advisors, its administrative employees, and other employees of other agencies and bodies, and what entails. This is due to the weight of the skills of the human element dealing with the digital transformation system in the Authority.
While the advisor Ahmed Thabet Ibrahim directed – Secretary General of the Authority, thanks to Dr. Mustafa Refaat – The Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Universities, Ali Hassan Al-Rabbi, stressed that the signing of the cooperation protocol comes to complete the process of continuous communication and cooperation between the State Litigation Authority and all Egyptian universities, appreciating the great role played by the Supreme Council of Universities in spreading digital culture.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the two parties exchanged commemorative shields in appreciation and pride.
The signing ceremony on the part of the Authority was attended by all of the advisors Ahmed Thabet – Vice President of the Commission, Secretary-General, Walid Anani – Assistant Secretary-General for Digital Transformation Affairs, and Mustafa Heikal – Member of the General Secretariat.
