Sadness descended on the people of the 20th village of Al-Hamoul Center in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, today, Friday, over the death of two brothers in one day. A young man died of a heart attack, and shortly before his funeral, his sister fell unconscious and passed away as well, out of grief over her brother’s passing. A state of grief prevailed. Sadness and shock for the villagers.
Metwally Youssef Awad died today as a result of a sudden heart attack, in the 20th village of the Hamoul district. The people of the village were preparing to hold his body to his final resting place. Before the body left the house to the mosque in preparation for the funeral prayer, his sister, Mrs. Youssef, collapsed while crying in grief. Her brother passed out unconscious, and it was later revealed that she had died as a result of a heart attack.
The young man’s funeral was postponed until his sister’s ablution was completed, and they were held in one funeral, after funeral prayers were held for them in the 20th Village Mosque at the same time, and they were buried in the family cemetery, where the two brothers lived their lives together, and passed away at the same time, leaving a state of Sadness and shock loom over all the villagers.
