The General Administration of Traffic and Investigations in Dakahlia, in cooperation with the Addiction Control and Treatment Fund of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, launched a massive drug testing campaign for vehicle drivers on highways.
The Aja-Mit Ghamr road in Dakahlia witnessed the presence of a drug detection campaign on drivers and those frequenting the road in order to preserve the lives of citizens.
Drug detection campaigns intensified their efforts on various highways and internal roads in Dakahlia Governorate, where the campaigns resulted in the arrest of a number of vehicle drivers, and legal measures were taken against violators.
