A cultural salon that showcases the features of Cairo in the 1930s with opera

Based on the directives of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture aimed at preserving heritage and shedding light on Egyptian creativity throughout the ages  As part of its cultural and intellectual activities, the Egyptian Opera House, headed by Dr. Lamia Zayed, is organizing a cultural salon entitled Cairo 90 Years Ago  1934, as part of a series of meetings  "Spirits in the City"   "Cairo is my address" To preserve national memory  By journalist Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, and that  At seven in the evening, Sunday, November 10, in the small theater.

 

 

 

The salon witnesses research and reflections on memories Cairo and discuss important details  On the 90th anniversary of the first Egyptian talking comedy film being shown in Egypt  (Yakut) starring Naguib Al-Rihani and a visit to the city of Cairo in 1934 and a review of the most prominent events and landmarks, emphasizing its authenticity and unique cultural heritage.
