Martin Brundle’s Las Vegas Grand Prix grid walk featured interviews with celebrities like movie director Jerry Bruckheimer, Olympian Noah Lyles and actors Paul Mescal and Sylvester Stallone.
It didn’t feature any words from actress and former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy – who was offered up to the F1 commentator for an interview.
Brundle had just finished up his interview with Lyles (with his interview with Mescal coming directly before that) and began walking toward the front of the grid to speak to the drivers.
As he was walking, a man tapped the Sky Sports F1 commentator on the shoulder and tried pointing him in the direction of McCarthy.
‘It’s okay, it’s okay,’ Brundle replied – rebuking the offer and continuing up the grid to speak to the drivers who were awaiting the national anthem.
Brundle wasn’t able to hear anything from his producers due to a technical issue and continued about his business conducting interviews before the race got underway.

Fans on social media laughed at the incident and for the way Brundle passed on the chance to interview McCarthy.
‘Martin Brundle wanted nothing to do with that Jenny McCarthy interview lmaoooo,’ wrote on fan on X, formerly Twitter.
‘lmao martin brundle ignoring jenny mccarthy’s handler,’ said another user.
Another post read, ‘The only reason my wife watches F1 is because she loves the chaos that Martin Brundle brings during those pre race interviews. Just now someone tried to tell him “It’s Jenny McCarthy!” and he just walked away. Hahah.’

McCarthy was on the grid with her husband, former New Kids on the Block singer and actor Donnie Wahlberg.
As for the race itself it was a one-two for the Mercedes team as George Russell won the grand prix and Lewis Hamilton came home second.
But all eyes were on Max Verstappen as he managed to finish ahead of Lando Norris and win his fourth consecutive World Driver’s Championship.
