Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, discussed with a delegation from Parliament and leaders of the Union of Egyptian Youth Abroad ways to enhance cooperation during the coming period in the areas of vocational training, and to benefit from the capabilities of the Ministry, which has a fund for financing and training, as well as 83 fixed and mobile vocational training centers operating nationwide. The delegation included Mahmoud Hussein, Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee in the House of Representatives, Chairman of the Egyptian Youth Abroad Union, Chairman of the Manpower Committee in the House of Representatives, Representative Adel Abdel Fadil, and Representative Sayed Samir, Vice President of “Al-Ittihad”, the journalist Alaa Khalil, Treasurer of “Al-Ittihad”, and members of the Board of Directors, the accountant Sherif Al-Nasiri, and the engineer Amjad. The two sides discussed a proposal regarding supporting the plan of the Union of Egyptian Youth Abroad to establish training centers for youth in all governorates and divide them into sectors, to take into account the nature of the specializations that Each governorate is distinguished by it, to qualify its youth to work at home, as well as abroad, especially in Arab and European countries, and to open the labor markets in those countries to skilled and trained Egyptian workers. The two sides agreed to organize many joint activities to serve the “training for employment” strategies, within the framework of implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

For his part, Representative Dr. Mahmoud Hussein, head of the Egyptian Youth Abroad Union, praised the great efforts made by the political leadership to connect the members of the Egyptian community to the homeland, stressing that the Ministry of Labor has a major role in Employing Egyptian workers abroad, which prompted the union to submit a proposal to the Ministry of Labor for partnership between them in this important file by establishing a number of training centers that qualify young people for the foreign labor market and reduce the risks of immigration.

He stressed that the Union of Egyptian Youth Abroad It includes 3,000 members of Egyptian communities in various countries of the world and aims to implement the directives of the political leadership by linking young people to the motherland through various events and activities and encouraging Egyptian youth outside the country to take their role in defending Egypt in the languages ​​of the countries in which they live.
