Removal of 14 cases of encroachment at the Badary Center in Assiut within the second phase of wave 24
Major General Dr. Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor of Assiut, announced the continuation of efforts to remove encroachments by illegal construction on agricultural lands and state property in all centers and cities of the governorate, as part of the second phase of the 24th wave of removals that are being implemented to preserve the rights of the state and restore the rights of the people by removing all forms of encroachments in implementation. The governor explained that the local unit of the center and city of Al-Badari, led by Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Radi, head of the center, was able to remove 14 cases of encroachment on agricultural lands and state property during a massive campaign with the participation of Ali Naseer, head of Al-Aqal Al-Qibli village, Salah Hafni, head of Al-Aqal Al-Bahri village, removal officials, state authorities, and forces from the Security Directorate. Abu Al-Nasr stressed that the governorate, with all its agencies, will spare no effort in applying the law to those encroaching on agricultural lands and state property and confronting any attempt at random construction without permits, stressing the necessity of decisive confrontation with the law of any attempt to obstruct the procedures for removing encroachments.
The Governor of Assiut indicated that the goal of the waves of demolition is to restore the right of the people from those who infringe on them and to completely end the phenomenon of squatting, directing the heads of local units in centers and cities to intensify the demolition operations of buildings on agricultural lands and state property, impose the prestige of the state, confront violators with all decisiveness, and take all legal measures to prevent the return of those buildings.
