The Directorate of Education in Sohag announced the procedures for applying to register the preparatory certificate form for the new academic year 2024/2025, explaining that regular and home students register the application form before the first semester exams and it is reviewed and approved by the school. The student also registers the application form on the ministry’s website for all data with complete accuracy and clarity. Under the supervision of a committee of school teachers.
The directorates continued that the student’s data is based on the computer’s birth certificate, and the name is recorded in quadruples, stressing that any error in the documents will be borne by the school.
The Seventh Day presents the following information:
1 – 6 4*6 white background photos with the student’s name written in quadruple on the computer.
2 – The receipt for payment of expenses and the receipt for payment of materials, an original and two copies of each.
3 – Pay an amount of 65 pounds, 50 for the automated success form, 10 pounds for an educational stamp, and 5 pounds for cosmetic surgery.
4 – Print the electronic form.
5 – A “transparent file” plastic folder for all papers.
6- A copy of the birth certificate.
7 – A copy of the guardian’s card.
8 – The guardian’s phone number.
