The Minister of Labor announces new job opportunities for young people in 3 professions in the UAE
The Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, today, Thursday, called on young people wishing to work abroad to apply for the new professions required in the United Arab Emirates… and the Ministry announced… Today, we announced the opening of applications for job opportunities for Egyptian youth in the United Arab Emirates, provided by the Labor Representation Office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, headed by Labor Attaché Manal Abdel Aziz, head of the office, to work in the following specializations: 3 labor supervisors, 30 armed blacksmiths, and 30 armed carpenter. The age of applicants to work in the profession of blacksmith and armed carpenter must be from 25 to 40 years, and the age of the worker supervisor must be 48. One year, and a test will be conducted to determine the level of skill in the required crafts at the headquarters of the Ministry’s General Employment Administration.
The salary starts from 1,400 to 1,800 UAE dirhams for the profession of blacksmith and armed carpenter, and from 3,500 to 4,000 dirhams for the profession of labor supervisor, depending on experience. The working time is 8 hours a day, and additional hours according to productivity, with accommodation provided for the workers and private transportation. With the company to and from the workplace, medical insurance, and the contract period is two years.
This comes in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, to provide and follow up on job opportunities for young people abroad and to export skilled, trained and qualified workers, according to the needs of the external labor market, from During the testing and awareness operations carried out by the Ministry in coordination with the external side, which aims to preserve the worker’s rights and his sustainability at work.
She explained Heba Ahmed, Director General of the General Administration of Employment, said that applying for UAE job opportunities is free, without any fees or intermediaries, and that it is for a period of 7 days, starting from next Sunday, corresponding to November 24, 2024, until Thursday, corresponding to the 28th of the same month, from eight in the morning. and until three in the afternoon.
Applying for these opportunities is done manually, at the General Administration of Employment located at the old ministry headquarters at “3 Youssef Abbas Street – Medina.” Nasr – Cairo" Applicants will be contacted by telephone through the relevant department to schedule exam dates.
It is noted here that the required documents are: a copy of a valid passport, copies of academic qualifications, and experience certificates.
