Aussie thrifty shoppers have been left thrilled after discovering a $15 ‘dupe’ of Aesop’s most popular body care products at Chemist Warehouse.
Aesop is renowned for it’s high-quality product, sophisticated packaging and for being one of the most expensive offerings in its category.
Loyal fans often slam dupes of top-tier products – but the pharmacy’s latest offering, Ovidio, appears to have won over many of them.
Many shoppers said they noticed the affordable range of hand and body washes have the ‘most stunning scents’.
‘I just ran in and got the whole range, they smell amazing,’ one woman raved.
‘This is the only body wash my husband has asked me to get on repeat,’ another said.
The Australian-made range is exclusive to Chemist Warehouse.
The packaging is subtle and sophisticated – but doesn’t have the same signature look like the luxury cosmetics brand Aesop.

The products have a ‘similar vibe’ according to fans
‘The packaging is more my vibe,’ one Aesop fan said.
But not everyone was impressed.
‘All the fonts are sending me,’ one person said.
Other fans have been calling out for a dupe.
One woman posted a video showing off her Aesop Resurrection hand wash and said: ‘I have a bone to pick with this scent.’
‘It is $40 and I will keep buying it but where is the dupe.’
