As part of the World Cities Day activities in Alexandria, the Prime Minister witnesses an artistic evening at Qaitbay Citadel

As part of the activities of the World Cities Day celebration, which the city of Alexandria is witnessing today, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, witnessed this evening an artistic evening at Qaitbay Citadel, in the presence of Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, and Lieutenant General Ahmed Khaled Saeed, Governor of Alexandria, Anna Claudia Rosbach, Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Director of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme. 

 

  During the evening, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly watched the sound and light show at Qaitbay Citadel, which provides an experience that takes visitors on an exciting journey through the rich and exciting history of the ancient city of Alexandria. The show combines advanced lighting technology, stunning visual projections, and historical narration to add new life to the city’s ancient past.

 

During the evening, the Prime Minister also attended an operatic concert at Qaitbay Citadel, during which “Farah al-Dibani” performed. The world-famous Egyptian opera singer, a collection of distinguished songs.
