President meeting details "National Press" Minister of Education today

Engineer Abdel Sadiq El-Shorbagy, Chairman of the National Press Authority, received this evening, Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, at the headquarters of the National Press Authority, in the presence of Marwa El-Sisi, Secretary-General of the National Press Authority, Dr. Ahmed Mukhtar, Undersecretary of the Authority, and Walid Abdel Aziz. The authority held an open dialogue with the Minister of Education. And technical education, about the education file, and the ministry’s plans to advance the educational process in the new republic, and prepare an educated and aware generation.

 

 

At first, El-Shorbagy welcomed The Minister, stressing that the Ministry of Education and Technical Education is one of the largest ministerial portfolios, and deals directly with a large sector of citizens.

 

Shorbagy praised the efforts made by the Ministry during the last period. With regard to developing pre-university education and solving a number of important problems, including increasing class density and lack of teacher training, the Ministry succeeded in dealing with these and other problems within a short period.

 

Al-Shorbagy stressed that the Egyptian national press’s primary goal is to enlighten citizens and introduce them to the efforts made on the ground, as well as to enlighten them about what is going on around them, and also to confront rumors and lies, and to focus on issues and files that concern the Egyptian citizen.

 

For his part, Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, extended his thanks and appreciation to Engineer Abdel Sadiq Al-Shorbaji, Chairman of the National Press Authority, for the warm reception.

Abdul Latif noted that since assuming the ministerial portfolio, he has been aiming to solve problems facing the student, explaining that any solution or action taken by the Ministry is for the student’s benefit.

 

Abdul Latif said that the Ministry during the current period is greatly interested in ongoing field tours. In schools, the solutions developed by the Ministry are in light of the available capabilities.

 

Abdul Latif confirmed that the problem of class density has been solved, through several innovative solutions, including the mobile classroom and changing the timetable. Sports Day, exploitation of spaces and spaces in some schools, and other solutions and alternatives, taking into account that each educational administration has a special nature.

 

Abdul Latif noted that in In light of these solutions, 98,000 new classrooms were introduced into service, to solve the problem of classroom density, stressing that the classroom now does not have more than 50 students.

 

And regarding the problem of shortage The number of teachers was solved through the initiative of 30,000 teachers and class teachers, in addition to charging the ministry’s teachers with quotas above their usual quorum, stressing that the ministry values ​​the efforts of all teachers, because they represent a true treasure, as Egyptian teachers are among the best teachers in the world.

 

Abdul Latif stressed that the Ministry is greatly interested in supporting teachers in the coming period, as the Teachers’ Welfare Fund has been developed, in addition to a number of other efforts that the Ministry will provide to teachers during the coming period.

 

The Minister of Education and Technical Education also stressed that restructuring the high school in its new form was necessary and inevitable for the benefit of the student, and the decision could not be delayed until a later time.

Weekly evaluation is not a new form, but rather it is practiced in private and international schools, but under another name, which is " Quiz".

 

 

Abdul Latif Ali stressed that the national identity file is a very vital file, and he worked on it for years in order to strengthen it in the curricula.

 

 

The Minister of Education and Technical Education pointed out that Egyptian teachers are among the most efficient teachers in the world, noting that the teacher Al-Masry makes great efforts while carrying out his work, and the Ministry knows this and appreciates it to the greatest extent.
