NFL defensive tackle Khalen Saunders and his brother Kameron, a backup dancer for Taylor Swift, were reunited in New Orleans prior to the Eras Tour takeover of the Superdome on Friday and Saturday. The latter taught the former (and their mother!) how to do the dance for ‘Karma.’

It was a full-circle moment for the Saunders family, which gathered in the Big Easy for a few days before the Saints ship off to Los Angeles to play the Chargers.

Khalen, 28, was a third-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Western Illinois. He spent four years in Kansas City with the Chiefs before signing with New Orleans in 2023. Although the 6-foot-0, 324-pounder is primarily used as a defensive tackle, his unprecedented speed occasionally presents the Saints with an opportunity to use him as a fullback in goal line situations.

More recently, Khalen Saunders went extremely viral on Monday Night Football. He picked off his former quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, and returned the interception 35 yards out of the end zone.

Taylor Swift was in attendance at the game. She knew of Khalen because his 32-year-old brother is a dancer on the Eras Tour.

Kam is just as large as his little brother and just as athletic— if not more so. (And that says a lot because Khalen’s high school highlight reel is quietly one of the greatest of all-time.)

Anyway, the Eras Tour will descend has already descended upon New Orleans for this weekend’s two-night stop and Saints fans are all bent out of shape because the Superdome put up a giant friendship bracelet. Meanwhile, their star defensive tackle is cutting a rug with his big bro.

Kam taught Khalen and his mother how to do the choreography for ‘Karma.’

It was a great success. Kam Saunders, Khalen Saunders and Kim Hamilton nailed the routine.

Taylor Swift fans were already in Khalen’s corner after his interception on MNF but they have decided to adopt him as their second-favorite NFL player — behind Travis Kelce — after his Karma performance!
