The Ministry of Interior signed a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Planning to develop mobile technology centers to provide various public services, the components of which include preparing cars to operate as distinct mobile licensing units to provide services:1- Issuing management licenses.

3- Issuing an electronic sticker.

5- Traffic supplies for private cars and light transport up to 1.5 tons.

3- Fees for installing an electronic sticker and metal plates: 250 pounds.
