Participants in the party’s celebration stressed Defenders of the Homeland, on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the glorious October victories, said that the military miracle that Egypt achieved in glorious October was immortalized in history as a defense of the right and the recovery of the land, with the solidarity of the people and the army.

This came during the grand celebration organized by the party, headed by Major General Jalal Haridi, on the occasion of the anniversary of the glorious October victories. , at Al-Manara Center today, in the presence of a group of political and party leaders and secretaries of the governorates and specific secretariats of Homat Al-Watan. The celebration began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Shahat Anwar, Assistant to the Secretariat of Religious Affairs at the Protectors of the Homeland Party. This was followed by the screening of a documentary film about the 1967 War, and a film about the October 1973 War.
Major General Ahmed Al-Awadi, First Deputy Chairman of the Protectors of the Homeland Party and Chairman of the Defense and National Security Committee in the House of Representatives, said that Egypt Throughout its history, it did not seek to usurp the rights of others, but it fought the October War in defense of its land and to restore its stolen rights, stressing that the war was a response to the call of truth, praising the Arab support that supported Egypt until it achieved victory.

Major General Al-Awadi also paid tribute to the spirit of the late President Mohamed Anwar Sadat, who took the decision to go to war courageously, and was a symbol of the strong will that crossed Egypt from a state of despair to achieving victory, pointing out that the Egyptian Armed Forces are “the best soldiers on earth.” It will always remain the fortress of the homeland, carrying the high national banner just as they received it from the October generation.
