Abdul Latif directs that a worker be allocated to help a student with special needs move to and from school

Today, Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, conducted a surprise inspection tour of a number of schools in Giza Governorate. To follow up on the educational system, it included 4 schools.

 

The Minister was accompanied during his tour by Dr. Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow-up, as part of the ongoing tours in the various governorates of the Republic. To determine the extent of implementation of instructions and commitment to decisions regulating the educational process.

The Minister began his inspection tour by visiting “Mohamed Karim Primary” School. Under the Educational Administration of South Giza, the school includes a number of  1,240 male and female students, where he was informed of the nature of the school’s student population. He also directed the formation of technical education committees to maintain desks and student desks, as well as follow-up committees to ensure compliance with special instructions regarding the regularity and discipline of the educational process within the school.

The Minister was keen during Check out the fifth grade classrooms to determine the level of students’ reading of the lessons, and review the class and assignment notebooks  He also inspected a number of laboratories and the activities room.

In this regard, the Minister stressed the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the classrooms and the discipline of teachers and students, and activating the school discipline regulations.

In a humanitarian gesture, he directed The Minister allocated a worker to accompany Jamal Muhammad Jamal, a student with special needs in the fifth grade of primary school, from home to school due to the difficulty of his daily transportation, which caused difficulty in going to school daily and his frequent absences. He also recommended that he be followed up academically to ensure the improvement of his academic performance.

< p>Then the minister went to “Al-Sharafa Primary School” In the administration of South Giza, which includes 1,414 male and female students, he followed up on the performance of the weekly assessment of the sixth grade students, the class and assignment notebooks, and the rates of absence, directing an emphasis on following up on the student evaluation process to raise their performance and academic level. 

The Minister also directed Follow-up committees ensure the proper functioning of the school’s educational process and attendance rates, as well as adherence to the regulations for educational motivation and school discipline.

After that, the Minister inspected the “Prince of Poets Official Language School” In the administration of South Giza, which includes 1,174 students in the basic education stage, and 230 students in kindergartens, where he was keen during the inspection to ensure that there was no shortage in the numbers of teachers, as well as activating weekly evaluation sessions for some subjects, as well as following up on class notebooks and assignments for students. He also discussed with students in the first year of preparatory school the extent of their understanding of the lessons, and he also directed that simple and urgent maintenance be carried out quickly for the school.

The minister continued his tour by inspecting the “Hoda Shaarawy Preparatory Girls” School. affiliated with the Omraniya Educational Administration, which includes 2,670 female students, during which he was keen to follow up on class notebooks, assignments and weekly assessments in a number of subjects, and to ensure the students’ academic level. 

The Minister confirmed that he would continue his intensive tours to various schools across the Republic. Throughout the academic year to monitor the regularity of the educational process.
